Who is Epiphany?

Epiphany is a startup founded in 2021 by Tyler Collishaw. As an ex-pro athlete, Tyler had the effects that Epiphany now solves. Those issues drove him to build the brand we now see today.

What is the Return Policy?

Check out our Policies section but in brief, Epiphany offers a standard 30-day return policy. You are responsible for shipping back to the address that can be found in the Policies.

How quick is the shipping?

Standard shipping is 2-4 days nationwide. Epiphany continues to strive to deliver their products in the lowest possible time.

What does the product ship in?

Epiphany products ship in different outer packaging. In some cases the product will arrive in a bubble mailer, in some cases it will arrive in branded pouches. If you order a large pack, it will arrive in a branded box.

Does Epiphany do subscriptions?

In the next 6-12 months, Epiphany will look to roll out an AI-driven model that recognizes by-usage when you need your next bottle. It will then send it out so you don't need to re-order.

Are Epiphany products sold in stores?

Not currently, Epiphany does sell on varying platforms from here, to Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and even Faire.com if you're a business.

How do I get the sprayer to work?

Before beginning the process we advise you to unlock the sprayer by moving the 'shark tail' towards the center and pulling the trigger 1-3 times to fill up the dip tube.

Where are Epiphany products made?

Epiphany is proud to say that its products are sourced within America and made by proud American manufacturers. There are facilities nationwide that blend and bottle Epiphany's products (Wisconsin, California, and Texas).

Is the spray dangerous?

Epiphany advises all users to use the product for towel purposes and to not consume or pour in their eyes. We have tested and continue to test the liquid to ensure maximum safety. We use our products too and wouldn't release anything us ourselves and/or our families wouldn't be safe using.
